Complimentary shipping on orders over €200

All orders are delivered with VAT and duties paid (DDU).

€35 flat rate shipping for orders under €200

Orders are dispatched from Australia with Fedex and require a signature on delivery. Please provide a physical address as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

Delivery timeframes stated are for metro areas, please allow additional time for all other areas. Please note customs or courier delays may occur and can affect the delivery timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive the email please contact enquiry@hotelporos.com

 

EXCHANGES

For international exchanges, the best method is to return the item you wish to exchange for a refund and repurchase the correct size or other item.

 

RETURNS

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14 days of your item/s being delivered as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached. 
  2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  3. For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.

Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by Hotel Poros.

Please also note for returns, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, including any prepaid taxes & duties. This will also apply in the case a parcel is undelivered and returned to us in the case of incorrect delivery details provided or the parcel not being collected.

To initiate a return please email enquiry@hotelporos.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please note we can not be held liable for any loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.

All items are inspected during the packing process, but in the case you believe goods are damaged, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at enquiry@hotelporos.com so we can personally assist.
