Complimentary shipping within Australia

Orders are shipped with Auspost and require a signature on delivery (except deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers). 

 

Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

Delivery timeframes stated are for east coast metro areas, please allow additional days for all other areas. Please note customs or courier delays may occur and can affect the delivery timeframe.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges : Complimentary exchange on all orders within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your email request and confirm the exchange, we will arrange a return postage label. Please include the following details:

  • Item/s to be exchanged
  • What you would like to exchange to
  • Original order number
  • Please include any address changes

Please ensure the following conditions are met for exchanges:

  1. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached. 
  2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  3. For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.

RETURNS

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14 days of your item/s being delivered as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached. 
  2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  3. For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.

The shipping cost for returning item/s are not covered by Hotel Poros.

To initiate a return please email enquiry@hotelporos.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please note we can not be held liable for any loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.

All items are inspected during the packing process, but in the case you believe goods are damaged, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at enquiry@hotelporos.com so we can personally assist you.

$20 USD flat rate shipping for orders under the $100.

Delivered with any duties and taxes paid (DDU).

Orders are shipped from Australia with Fedex and a signature is required on delivery. Please provide a physical address for delivery as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery timeframes stated are for metro areas, please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of these. Please note customs or courier delays may occur from time to time and can affect the delivery timeframe.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please return the item you wish to exchange for a full refund and repurchase the correct size or other item.

$30 AUD flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
