SHIPPING
Complimentary shipping within Australia
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped with Auspost and require a signature on delivery (except deliveries to PO Boxes). We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of Australia.
Estimated delivery time frames:
Australia: 2-4 business days
Delivery timeframes stated are for metro areas, please allow 1-2 additional days for all other areas. Please note customs or courier delays may occur and can affect the delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive the email please contact enquiry@hotelporos.com
EXCHANGES
Australian exchanges : Please note return postage is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you.
For exchange please email enquiry@hotelporos.com with your request. Including information such as your full name, order number and which item and size you wish to exchange for.
RETURNS
We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14 days of your item/s being delivered as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.
The shipping cost for returning item/s are not covered by Hotel Poros.
To initiate a return please email enquiry@hotelporos.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please note we can not be held liable for any loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.
