SHIPPING
Complimentary shipping for International orders
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Australia with Auspost and require a signature on delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Estimated delivery time frames:
UK: 5-8 business days
Other countries: 5-20 business days
Delivery timeframes stated are for metro areas, please allow 1-2 additional days for all other areas. Please note customs or courier delays may occur and can affect the delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive the email please contact enquiry@hotelporos.com
International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay and are not included in the order price. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs if required before placing your order. If the payment of duties and taxes is unpaid by the receiver and the order is returned to us, any return shipping charges and/or any other additional charges, including the original cost of shipping the parcel to you, will be deducted from the refund. Please note any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in delivery of your order.
EXCHANGES
For international exchanges, the best method is to return the item you wish to exchange for a full refund and repurchase the correct size or other item.
RETURNS
We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14 days of your item/s being delivered as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.
Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by Hotel Poros.
To initiate a return please email enquiry@hotelporos.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please note we can not be held liable for any loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.
All items are inspected during the packing process, but in the case you believe goods are damaged, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at enquiry@hotelporos.com so we can personally assist you.
